Terry Driscoll
Director of Athletics
Edward C. "Terry" Driscoll, Jr. has spent the last 12 years devoting his superior managerial skills and athletic know-how to the development of Tribe sports. Driscoll came to William and Mary as the result of an impressive and varied professional past. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1969 from Boston College, where he was a basketball All-America selection and an Academic All-America honoree. He played professional basketball for five years in the NBA and four years in the Italian Professional League. Driscoll then held senior executive positions with Kazmaier Associates, Inc. in marketing, sales and event management in the sporting goods industry before coming to William and Mary in 1996.

Bobby Dwyer
Associate Athletics Director/Development
Bobby Dwyer, Assistant Athletics Director for Development, heads the W&M Athletic Educational Foundation, the department's alumni fundraising arm. He came on board in October 1985 after holding assistant basketball coaching positions at the US Military Academy and Duke. Dwyer graduated from Wake Forest in 1974 where he was a member of the varsity basketball team for three years and captained the squad as a senior. He received his Master's Degree in Higher Education from W&M in 1994. He currently lives in Williamsburg with his wife Patti and their two sons, Patrick and Peter.

Al Albert
Associate Director of Athletic Development
Al Albert joined the Tribe Club staff in January 2004. Al was formerly the William & Mary men's soccer coach. Through his 33 years of coaching he amassed over 400 wins, eighth on the NCAA Division I list, and brought the Tribe onto the national soccer scene. Al played soccer for William & Mary during the teams move from club to varsity levels. He graduated from W&M in 1969 to return to be an assistant Lacrosse coach. He took over head coaching duties for soccer in 1972. He is a co-founder of both the Virginia Legacy Soccer Club and Tidewater Soccer Camps. Al lives in Williamsburg with his wife Gail (class of 1976) and his daughter Allison. Al's son Graham, class of 2003, played soccer at William & Mary.

Brian Raney
Assistant Director of Athletic Development
The Tribe Club welcomed its newest staff member, Brian Raney, to the team in August 2008. Taking over for Emily Gerdelman, Brian will be responsible for raising funds from younger alumni and friends of the College, as well as organizing Tribe Club events off campus. Brian graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in May 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business. While at UC Berkeley, Brian served as a men’s basketball team manager for four seasons. He also graduated from Ohio University in June 2008 with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Sport Administration. In between his MBA and MSA degrees, Brian served as a summer intern at the Rebel Athletic Fund, the athletics fundraising arm at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Brian is enjoying the Williamsburg area, and is excited to raise funds for student-athletes at William & Mary.

Jean Beall
Tribe Club Business Manager
Jean Beall has been with the Tribe Club for 26 years. Classifying her own job duties as "everything", she is mainly responsible for the finances of the Foundation. Jean is heavily devoted to the group's fundraising cause which she states her favorite part of her job hasn't changed over the years which is staying in touch with the donors and being a part of the College community. Originally from Madison, Virginia, Jean attended Campbell University, where she majored in Physical Education. Always keeping busy, Jean enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her husband, Jim, and son, Joshua who is a golf professional.

Peggy Lukas
Senior Administrative Assistant
Peggy has spent the past 12+ years with the Tribe Club, where one of her greatest assets (among many, of course) has been her enthusiasm. Listing Tribe sports as one of her favorite hobbies, Peggy is known for going above and beyond the call of duty as an avid Tribe fan. Besides attending W&M games and matches, Peggy enjoys being an unofficial tour guide to friends and family who come to visit Williamsburg. Peggy and her husband, Vince, enjoy spending time with her son, Greg, and his family.

Shannon Retzbach (Corcoran)
Assistant Director of Special Events
Shannon joined the Tribe Club in August 2008. She assists the Director of Special Events and helps with special projects (Courtside Club, Tribe Club Website) and provides office support for the coaches in Olympic Sports. Shannon graduated with a B.A. in History from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. in May 2008. Shannon is also enrolled as a Masters student at W&M and will obtain her degree in Comparative Transnational History in 2012. She resides in Yorktown with her husband, Jon.

Chris Braig
Director of Special Events
Chris Braig, Director of Special Events, joined the Tribe Club team in 2009. Chris recently moved back to Williamsburg after living in North Carolina for 19 years. She graduated from James Madison University and began her master’s program at William and Mary in 1981. Chris started a public relations, marketing, and event planning company in Charlotte and has planned events for companies such as Ferguson Enterprises. Chris and her family enjoy tennis. She directed many junior tennis tournaments and won the NC Junior Tournament of the Year award twice. Chris and husband Rob, have four children. They are avid tennis players and one son is a student athlete on the Tribe Tennis team. She looks forward to helping the athletic program at William and Mary and supporting the Tribe!
